    Gorgeous and perfect hotel, we enjoyed it.

    There were very comfy beds and a personal safe, climate control, and a minibar inside the room. The location was stunning and particularly good, in Beverly Hills and the interior design was nice.

    Really good service and a luxurious stay

    The attention to detail in the room was amazing, from the luxurious linens to the fine city views from the rooftop bar. The staff was accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even delivering a charger to my room within minutes. The only downside I encountered was a slight delay during check-in, but it was overshadowed by the overall superb service.

    Spotless room and staff is always very attentive and attentive.

    It is a special and absolutely gorgeous hotel with magnificent view on the gardens. The property has a stunning and good location, in the most prestigious neighborhood of Shanghai The Bund.

    The hotel was charming and great, with awesome location on the Bund close to all city attractions. The pool was amazing and I had fine drinks in the rooftop bar. Location: the venue was just off the HuangPu, Shanghai The Bund and unique restaurants.

    This place suits me perfectly, offering great internet access, a relaxing spa, and a fantastic indoor pool. The staff even returned my forgotten hairbrush. Really good service makes my stays nice, and I can't wait to come back for a holiday.

    The Peninsula Shanghai offers amazing river views and luxurious room comfort. I enjoyed the spacious Beautiful River Room with its cozy sitting area and fantastic sleep quality. The staff were really nice, provided personalized service.

    Outdated climate control system failed to maintain comfortable temperature!!! Room temperature adjustment ineffective, leading to a chilly first night!!! An easy thermostat upgrade would enhance guest experience !!!
